Your weapons and armor will also not degrade and you can replenish all your ammo at dispeners too. Don't be concerned about stimpaks as you now have to replenish health using the 'Health dispensers'. Once inside the simulator you will lose all your equipment and be given a silenced pistol, stealth boy and a Winterised combat armor.
